If you would like to make an exchange or receive a refund for purchased products, the following rules apply. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving ordered product.
Wrong or damaged item
Regarding possible reclamations, Luluna Slings follows the Federacja Konsumentów (visit http://www.federacja-konsumentow.org.pl/ to learn more). Always contact us to email@example.com before sending the item back. The item must be returned within a 14 days after reciving ordered product and with an explanation of the damage or defect. Don’t forget to save your receipt and to include it when shipping the order back to us so we can pay you back for the shipping cost.

If you are choosing DHL to send any packages to Luluna Slings you are doing so on your own responsibility, becaue GHL point is far away from Luluna location. Therefore Luluna Slings cannot be held responsible for any lost or returned packages via DHL. We will not cover any costs that may arise if customers decide to send packages to Luluna Slings Slings via DHL. Better way for Luluna Slings is to send us back the product via Mail.
